Some testing can be performed at home with test kits to collect blood spot, saliva, urine, or stool. Others may require you to go to a local laboratory to draw the blood. In all cases, we will assist you in coordinating initial and follow-up testing. An introductory consultation can be scheduled if you want more information about naturopathic medicine and the services that we offer. No diagnosis or treatment will be provided during this appointment.
Initial Office Visit (60-90 minutes): $250.00
The first visit is essential in establishing health goals and discussing any chief concerns. It consists of gathering a detailed intake, completing any pertinent physical exams, and ordering necessary laboratory tests (please bring in any recent lab work within the last 6 months). An individualized treatment recommendation will be provided at the end of the visit. Before your initial visit, please print and fill out the New Patient Packet under the “Patient Forms” page.
Return Office Visit
Follow-up appointments involve assessing patient progress and addressing previous and new concerns and treatment alterations if necessary.
Brief Visit (10-20 minutes): $75.00 Standard Visit (41-60 minutes): $170.00

INJECTION THERAPY
B12, B-Complex, Combo B12 & B-Complex Injection: $25.00, $20.00, $40.00
Vitamin B12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin with a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and for the formation of blood. Vitamin B12 injections help boost energy and stamina, strengthen the immune system, improve sleep patterns, reduce frequent headache and allergy attacks, improve mood stabilization, and increase metabolism, thereby aiding in weight loss. The B-Complex injection contains different water-soluble vitamins essential for healthy and vibrant hair, nails, and skin. B-Complex vitamins also help improve concentration and memory.
Most people consume adequate amounts of B vitamins through their diet. However, those with pernicious anemia, the elderly, athletes, strict vegetarians or vegans, and people who consume excessive alcohol may be deficient in B vitamins and may require injections or oral supplementation of B vitamins or vitamin B12, in particular. B12 and B-Complex supplements may take a long time to absorb into your system. If you’re low on B12 or B-Complex vitamins, an intramuscular injection will enter the bloodstream more directly, producing faster results.
Biopuncture (10 minutes): $70.00+
Biopuncture is a safe, natural, and effective injection technique for inflammation and pain management. This therapy works by injecting ultra-low dilution homeopathic formulas into specific zones or points to promote natural healing and stimulate the body’s own detoxification mechanisms. Biopuncture does not suppress the neuro-immunological reactions or interfere with physiological defense systems of the body. Common conditions treated with Biopuncture are sports injuries (e.g., achilles tendinopathy, muscle strain, ankle sprain, tennis and golf elbow) and musculoskeletal pain (e.g., neck pain and back pain, muscular pain, bursitis, joint pain).

Insurance & Payment Policy
Although we do not bill your insurance company directly, upon request, we will gladly provide the necessary form for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement. Please be aware that payment is expected in full at the time that services are rendered. Any products that you wish to purchase must also be paid in full at the time of your visit. We accept payment by cash, check and credit card. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $50.00 charge.
